By accessing or using Deal Desk Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. This Service is intended solely for use by licensed automotive dealerships and their authorized representatives.

2. Description of Service

Deal Desk Pro provides automotive dealerships with tools for deal calculations, customer relationship management, inventory management, and sales workflow automation. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Only authorized representatives of licensed automotive dealerships may create accounts.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that customer data entered into the Service is owned by your dealership and you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from customers for data collection and storage.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) store or transmit sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for automotive sales transactions; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (d) interfere with the proper operation of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Deal Desk Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Deal Desk Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
